Some responsibilities of a Remote Support Engineer
• Assist users with Basic Internet Connectivity related queries/problems.
• Assist users with E-mail, Hosting related queries/problems
• Respond to failed Backup Jobs, Basic Server & other reactive alerts.
• Remotely installing and Configuring specific application software for users, such as Anti-Virus.
• You will work ‘As One’ with your team mates to provide the best ‘Service Obsessed’ customer service to all of our clients.

If you can answer yes to the questions below we are confident you will be a suitable candidate to join our team…
• Do you have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and software?
•Do you have a of general security issues, email troubleshooting, antivirus and backup software?
• Do you have experience with server maintenance and health checks on Server?
•Do you have experience with remote support applications and techniques (e.g. VPN, RDP and VNC).
• Are you friendly, enjoy multitasking... and most importantly like people and problem solving?
• Do you love business technology and gadgets?
• Do you love working in the I.T. field?
